The first location you’ll get to explore as Grace in Resident Evil Requiem is the Rhodes Hill Hospital, and since Grace’s part embraces the survival horror part of the series, you know what that means: puzzle galore. One of the first things you’ll encounter while exploring this location is a safe in the Examination Room. While you’ll eventually discover the code for it, we understand if you want to open it earlier, which is why we’ll tell you what the code is for the Examination Room safe in Resident Evil Requiem, as well as the contents of it.

Examination Room Safe Code Solution

If you just want the quick answer, the code for the Examination Room safe in Resident Evil Requiem is →30, ←10, →50. Opening the safe will reward you with three Antique Coins, which are extremely helpful for buying permanent upgrades for Grace.

But now, let’s go over the long process of how to find the code. At first, you’ll only encounter the Safe as you make your way to the second quartz. Once you reach the office on the top floor, a big zombie will burst through the wall, forcing you to back away until you lose it. Once the coast is clear, return to the broken wall, enter the room, and you’ll find the document shown in the image above.

While you could ignore this safe, as the game gives you plenty of Antique Coins to the point that you might have a few leftover ones, it is important to open every safe, especially if you’re aiming for that 100% completion rate, as opening all safes will give you a Trophy/Achievement.

Also, this is just one of the three safes inside the hospital, with the second one being in the Bar & Lounge area, and the final one in the basement, but we’ll go over those in a separate guide. For now, make note of this code and open the safe as you find it. Just remember to have enough inventory space to carry the coins.
