Want to know where to find the Cell Key in Resident Evil Village: Shadows of Rose? A long 16 years have passed since the events of Resident Evil Village. Rose Winters has grown up and followed in her father’s footsteps to answer her questions and give up her cursed power. Rose will return to the ominous Castle Dimitrescu and explore it to find the mysterious purifying crystal and know what happened to Miranda. And although you want to quickly enter the castle, almost at the beginning of the passage, you must go down to the dungeon. Someone is locked behind the door and asking for help, but to enter, you must find the Cell Key in Resident Evil Village: Shadows of Rose, and our guide will help you with this.
Where to Find the Cell Key in Resident Evil Village: Shadows of Rose
Although the dungeons you’re about to enter are only Miranda’s memories, you won’t want to stay here for long. At first, it looks like an ordinary dungeon with brick walls and intimidating inscriptions, but then everything gets worse. But still, you must follow the story and move through dungeons with slime on the walls and terrible views around.
Soon you will hear a woman’s cry for help behind the big door, and you should get in. To do this, as we said earlier, you must find the Cell Key in Resident Evil Village: Shadows of Rose, and here’s how to do it:
- At the door, turn left and go down the stairs.
- Go straight down the corridor and enter a room with a cage and a pile of junk. It is worth noting that although the atmosphere is scary, you have nothing to fear, and you should not look for Cores on the walls.
- Carefully go around the trash and beware of the chandelier that is about to fall now.
- Go around the chandelier on the right side, enter the archway, and head towards the open cell door.
- Entering this door, you will see the Cell Key hanging on the wall, and you can pick it up.

Once you do this, be ready to run. After a short cutscene, the slime next to you will start to come to life, and you should quickly return to the door the same way you came here. The walls will begin to grow slime, and everything around will distort.
As soon as you open the door, you will see a copy of your character. You should follow copy to find the Switch Handle and continue your walkthrough.
