Her situation worsened with additional tumors in her lungs. “These are all metastases of my melanoma,” the TV personality explained. Mellencamp stated doctors were hopeful the new tumors could be treated with “immunotherapy.” Although her situation was enough to leave anyone depressed, the entertainer refused to cave.
