Salma Hayek Bares It All In Her Recent Sauna Photos
Salma Hayek recently dropped photos of herself getting the heat on. As mentioned, she bared it all while lying nude in a sauna, and her fans are digging it. The Magic Mike’s Last Dance star explained that she is taking advantage of the healing power of the sauna for World Wellbeing Week.
In the photos, Hayek displayed her idea of self-care. For her, self-care includes getting her sweat on in the sauna. She shared two photos of her laying on a wooden sauna bed with nothing but a white towel across her chest and another across her hips.
“Embracing the healing power of the sauna and sweating out the stress this #WorldWellbeingWeek 🙏🏼,” she captioned the Instagram post. The stunning photos mesmerized fans, who took to the comments section to show their admiration.
What Other Things Does Hayek Do for Self-Care?
Asides from turning the heat on in saunas, Hayek engages in other self-care activities. She has a skincare routine that keeps her skin glowing. Per Prevention, when it comes to cleansing, Hayek likes to keep it simple. The Frida star does not wash her skin in the morning but cleanses well at night, something she learned from her grandmother. For her nighttime cleanse, she likes to remove her makeup with coconut oil.
Next, she keeps her skin nourished and hydrated. She uses a mix of serums and oils depending on what her skin requires that day. She also refrains from over-exfoliating as it may have a negative impact in the long run.
In addition to taking self-care seriously, Hayek is also very candid with her fans. For instance, she recently showed fans her “white hairs and wrinkles” in a selfie. Hayek believes that aging is beautiful. “I don’t feel that I lost my flexibility or my agility or even my strength. I do have to say that I have found it beautiful, getting older,” she told Glamour.
