At the end of the Stone Coffin Fissure, you can enter the Garden of Deep Purple, where Saint Trina resides after being abandoned by Miquella. Although she is cut off from her other half, her power over sleep is still as strong as before. Sadly, you cannot actively converse with Saint Trina since she seems to be trapped in a deep sleep. When you interact with her in Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree, there is only an option to imbibe Saint Trina’s nectar.

What Happen if You Drink Saint Trina’s Nectar in Elden Ring?

Yes, you should imbibe Saint Trina’s nectar in Elden Ring. Although it will kill you, the Tarnished will always return. Don’t worry about your Runes; you can grab them afterward near the Garden of Deep Purple’s entrance.

Saint Trina is connected to Thiollier’s questline. You can meet the man near the Pillar Path Cross, located east of Castle Ensis. After you discover Saint Trina, I recommend drinking the nectar once before reporting your findings to the man.

Thiollier will disappear from his spot and reappear in the Garden of Deep Purple. If you want to progress the quest, you must imbibe her nectar several times. When you drink it for the fourth time, you will begin hearing Saint Trina’s voice.

You can tell Thiollier what you’ve heard, but he won’t believe you. Then, you need to keep drinking until you hear another unique voice line from Saint Trina. Thiollier will get mad at your interference and attack you.

After you defeat him, you can continue to imbibe Saint Trina’s nectar, until you hear a third line. Once that occurs, you can speak to Thiollier again. Although the man is reluctant to believe you, you can later summon him during the last two boss fights in the DLC. He’s not that useful, but he may give you time to prepare at the start of the battle.
