Texas FedEx Employee Throws Packages Out the Side of Their Vehicle While Customer Records His Frustrations, ‘You’re Lucky It Showed Up at All’

Looks like this was repeated behavior

There are numerous ways in which customers complain about FedEx services in the U.S. These include packages never actually being delivered to the correct location, being left in unsecure locations, or damage to packages. One Texas man fears for the latter due to the way his specific FedEx driver treats his packages. He decides to record the way the packages are delivered to him to show that this is something that he’s been dealing with for some time.

TikToker @wylietexasgirl shared the video of a man who is less than impressed with his FedEx service in Texas. Knowing his package is coming, he heads outdoors and records the driver coming down his lane. He gets closer to the fence to show his audience the way that his driver treats the packages. You can see the side door open to the FedEx truck and a long package flies out onto the ground. The customer asks, “See that? Just tossed it out!”

The customer then waits for his second expected package. The second package is tossed out the side in much of the same manner. The box hits the ground and then tumbles off the side of the road onto the pile. The customer says, “See that? There’s no respect for any of our packages.” The driver gets out of the vehicle and nonchalantly takes a pictures of the packages that he threw onto the ground for proof of delivery. The customer prompts FedEx to “do something” about this whole situation.

If FedEx consistently mistreats or damages packages, then it becomes a bigger problem – and one that needs reported. If there’s true damage to the packages, one thing this customer can do is document it with photographs and speak with customer support about their options. It’s clear that this driver wants to get the packages out as quickly as possible and shouldn’t be throwing them around in that way. However, it also highlights the reality that many of these workers likely have demands that must be met within the day. They follow strict delivery schedules and work long hours. Though nobody should be mistreating customer’s packages, it’s also likely that the driver is in a rush to get to their next destination.

One commenter joked, “It’s FedEx… You’re lucky it showed up at all.” Others commented that they haven’t had this experience with their FedEx drivers. One said, “Honestly depends on driver. Ours is GREAT.” They added, “She brings doggy treats for the pups and so does our UPS guy.” You couldn’t ask for better service than that!
