Honkai Star Rail’s launch has been huge, with many rewards and characters to get. One of the free characters you’ll get eventually by clearing some content of this title is Qingque. You might remember her as the character who used a Mahjong-like board to attack. This original take on a character has made many players fall in love with it. Thankfully, you’ll be able to get her just by playing, and she could be your first Quantum character, provided you don’t have Seele yet. If you want to use her in your team, we’ve prepared the best build for Qingque in Honkai Star Rail.

Qingque is a character from the Path of Erudition who wields the Quantum element. While she might not excel at single-target DPS, she’s fantastic at doing AoE damage. Plus, the mechanics behind the character are fun, as she’ll be pulling tiles to do even more damage. With that in mind, this is what you’ll need to make the best build for Qingque in Honkai Star Rail:

  • Light Cones:
    • Before Dawn (Best) – Increases the wearer’s CRIT DMG by 36% (lv1). Increases the wearer’s Skill and Ultimate DMG by 18% (lv1). After the wearer uses their Skill or Ultimate, they gain Somnus Corpus. Upon triggering a follow-up attack, Somnus Corpus will be consumed, and the follow-up attack DMG will increase by 48% (lv1).
    • Today Is Another Peaceful Day – After entering battle, increase the wearer’s DMG based on their Max Energy. DMG increases by 0.20% (lv1) per point of Energy, up to 160 Energy.
    • The Seriousness of Breakfast – Increases the wearer’s DMG by 12% (lv1). The wearer’s ATK increases by 4% (lv1) for every defeated enemy, stacking up to 3 times.
  • Relics:
    • Genius of Brilliant Stars
      • 2 Pieces: Increases Quantum Damage by 10%
      • 4 Pieces: When the wearer attacks enemies with Quantum Weakness, ignores 25% of their DEF.
    • Musketeer of Wild Wheat
      • 2 Pieces: Increases Attack by 12%
      • 4 Pieces: The wearer’s SPD increases by 6%, and Basic ATK DMG increases by 10%.

As you can see, making the best build for Qingque in Honkai Star Rail isn’t hard. While getting the 5-star Light Cones might take a while, relics are a lot easier to get. If you don’t have any 5-star items, The Seriousness of Breakfast comes for free, and you should save it for her. If you want to take control of the battlefield with Qingque, stock up on these items and pair her with characters like Bronya or March 7th to give her more survivability. With that, you won’t have any issues fighting some of the tougher enemies in the game.
