Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands has been available for over a week now, letting players have at the Wonderlands, run by the ever calm dungeon master Tiny Tina. With the Dragon Lord threatening all that’s good in these lands, it’s up to you, the Fatemaker, and your allies to storm the Dragon Lord’s Fearamid and put a stop to the evil necromancer’s plans. Before you can put a stop to both he and his allies though, you’re going to need a healthy arsenal of weapons and gear. This includes the Liquid Cooling pistol, which offers a rather unique interaction. If you’d like to know how to get this weapon, we have you covered. In this guide, we’ll explain how to get the Liquid Cooling pistol in Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands!
How to Get the Liquid Cooling Pistol in Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands
First of all, you’ll want to complete the Ballad of Bones quest in Wargtooth Shallows involving Bones Three-Wood and his unexpected enemy LeChance. Once you’ve done this, make your way to the now available Crackmast Cove and head down the initial path, taking a right as soon as possible until you find a respawn station next to a waterfall. It should look like the image below to know you’ve found it.
Once found, make your way through the waterfall and over to the Obelisk. Activate it, then begin killing all the enemies that spawn until the Obelisk explodes and spawns Lissia, Iron-Wrought. Kill her, and she’ll have a chance of dropping the Liquid Cooling pistol pictured at the top of this article! If she doesn’t drop it, merely quit to the main menu after killing her and head back in game. You’ll spawn right at the respawn station mentioned earlier and can quickly try again. We’d also recommend completing the Shrine of Aaron G. and getting a fair amount of Lucky Dice before attempting to farm this weapon, since it can be a pain to farm without the added Loot Luck.
The Liquid Cooling pistol in Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands is a Skuldugger pistol that functions mostly as a cryo version of the manufacturers weapons. You never have to reload, but the weapon will generate heat that will eventually overheat the weapon and make it unusable for a short time. The legendary perk on the weapon though, read as “Works great until it doesn’t”, will cause the heat to drop with each critical hit. So if you’re constantly hitting critical hits with the weapon, you’ll never have to worry about heat. Needless to say, that can be quite useful and should make a nice home in your arsenal!
