Alternate Destiny, an SSR Defense Type Relic found in Tower Fantasy, is a very useful tool that lets you create a bubble shield to defend yourself from attacks. Because it protects you and any allies in the bubble shield from hitstun and prevents your HP from dropping below 20% from enemy attacks, turning you virtually invincible, most Wanderers believe it to be one of the best Relics you can obtain in the game. Where to Get Alternate Destiny Relic in Tower of Fantasy
To unlock the Alternate Destiny Relic in Tower of Fantasy, you must first own 30 Alternate Destiny Shards. Afterward, open the Relics menu, click on the item icon to consume all 30 Shards, and unlock it.
If you’re having a hard time finding these Shards, don’t worry, it’s not just you. For now, it seems the best way to get them is through playing Claire’s Dream Machine, and hope the random drop gives you Alternate Destiny Shards. Aside from that, you might be able to get them from SSR Shard Box from the Battle Pass. We will update this article once the Tower of Fantasy community finds a better farm method.
Alternate Destiny Relic Upgrades
Getting more Alternate Destiny Shards will let you upgrade the Defense Relic’s abilities even further, making it even more powerful. Below are the effects of upgraded Alternate Destiny:
- Level 1★: Allied Wanderers in the dimension recover 15% HP 8 seconds later.
- Level 2★: Friendly units in the dimension gain 25% lifesteal.
- Level 3★: Allied Wanderers in the dimension gain immunity to all mind control.
- Level 4★: Increase Frost damage by 2%, even if not deployed. Unavailable in Apex League.
- Level 5★: Until the Relic disappears, allied Wanderers in the dimension double all lifesteal effects when HP drops to 40% or below.

“Generate a Pocket Dimension for 8 seconds. Allies gain immunity to hitstun effects in the dimension, and HP will not drop below 20% from enemy attacks. Cooldown 90 seconds. Leaving the dimension removes all buffs. Once you have spent 8 seconds in the dimension, you cannot be buffed by it for 45 seconds.”
