TXT and Coi Leray have reunited at Lollapalooza. On Saturday, August 5, TXT made history by becoming the first K-pop group to headline the festival. To commemorate their big night, the quintet invited the rapper to perform “Happy Fools” live with them in concert. TXT and Coi Leray dropped the track in January as part of the K-pop act’s fifth EP, The Name Chapter: Temptation. The stars previously performed “Happy Fools” together in May. However, their Lollapalooza performance marked the first time they did a mashup with Leray’s hit single “Players.”

TXT has been performing “Happy Fools” throughout their 2023 Act: Sweet Mirage tour. They performed the song for the first time with Leray in Los Angeles on May 28. Now, over two months later, the stars surprised fans by teaming up again at Lollapalooza. Toward the end of TXT’s headlining performance, the group brought out the rapper for a mashup of “Happy Fools” and “Players.” The latter is Leray’s single, which dropped in November 2022 and peaked in the Top 10 of the Billboard Hot 100 in April.
Leray appeared on stage in a white crop top that read, “I ❤️ TXT.” She also wore a black mini-skirt with matching black leg warmers and flaunted blue hair. Following the performance, Leray shared pictures of her on stage with TXT on Twitter. “🌚🐬TXT x COI FOREVER 🐬🌙💖,” she captioned one post. She also re-tweeted fans’ reactions to her and TXT’s surprise performance.
