Vampire Survivors: Break the Seal of the Abyss Guide

Breaking the Seal of the Abyss is a necessary step in Tides of the Foscari to unlock Luminaire Foscari in Vampire Survivors. Like the Seal of the Lake, the Abyss’s seal is a crystal only vulnerable to a specific weapon — Legionnaire. Those who’ve unlocked Keitha Muort will be familiar with the Legionnaire weapon. It’s an Evolution of Eskizzibur, the buster sword wielded by Maruto Cuts. After destroying the lake’s seal with Keitha’s Millionaire, you’ll gain access to Abyss Foscari, where you’ll find the Seal of the Abyss.

How to Unlock Luminaire Foscari in Vampire Survivors

Since you need Legionnaire to break the Seal of the Abyss in Vampire Survivors, you must enter Abyss Foscari as Maruto Cuts. Once the Stage has begun, you must evolve Eskizzibur into Legionnaire. This Evolution is performed by reaching max level with the weapon and Armor. Once the evolved armament is in your inventory, you must find the seal to unlock Luminaire Foscari.

Navigating the Abyss Foscari map can be challenging, especially since the endless hordes of monsters are relentless. Your destination is the white question mark on the Milky Way Map in the Abyss Foscari Stage. However, since the map has no visual layout, we’ll provide you with three landmarks important to your journey. The first is a bone-covered field, the second is a wall with faces, and the third is a waterfall bridge.

Here is a step-by-step procedure for reaching the Seal of the Abyss in the Tides of the Foscari DLC:

1. Starting from Abyss Foscari’s spawn point, head south with Maruto Cuts.
2. Go beneath the stone gateway until you’ve reached a bone-covered battlefield. The nearby walls will also have embedded skeletal remains.
3. Continue southward across a lengthy linear pathway.
4. You’ll know you’re on the right track if you’ve reached a wall with faces.
5. Head a bit further south and go right to cross the waterfall bridge.
6. At the end of the bridge, investigate the alcove north to find the Seal of the Abyss.

With the Legionnaire in hand, stand next to the giant red ruby and let Maruto Cuts slash it several times. Eventually, the crystal will shatter with a brief cutscene. If you return to the main menu, Luminaire Foscari will be unlocked in Vampire Survivors.
