Want to know where to find Mol in Baldur’s Gate 3? As you progress through Baldur’s Gate 3, you’ll encounter many unique NPCs to go through the story or find additional content, and Mol is one of them. As the leader of the thieving Tiefling, she highly values her workers and does not show herself in public unnecessarily. At the same time, she won’t talk to you until you get her favor. Under certain circumstances, you can find this character as a good friend or a creature that will turn all the Tieflings against you. But if you don’t know Mol locations in Baldur’s Gate 3, we are here to help.

As we said, Mol is the leader of the thieves, which means that any meeting with her is a small search quest. Luckily, your first encounter may occur after you start your adventure in Druid Grove during the first act. So here’s how you can find Mol in Baldur’s Gate 3 for the first time:

  • Take the northeast path from Emerald Grove and get to Sacred Pool.
  • On the shore, you will find Mirkon, a Tiefling boy enchanted with the song of the Harpy. You need to talk to him and kill the Harpy to free Mirkon from the spell of this monster.
  • Once the Harpy is dead, speak to Mirkon again, after which he will send you to meet Doni north of Emerald Grove.
  • You’ll find Doni near a rock at the entrance to Tiefling’s Hideout. You only need to select the Dragon’s Lair option while talking to Doni, after which you can enter Hideout.
  • After descending to this location and exploring the area, you will quickly find Mol. After rescuing Mirkon, Mol doesn’t mind meeting you and talking. In addition, it will allow you to complete quests such as Save Arabella and Steal the Sacred Idol.

If you have already reached Act 3, you can once again help Mol by rescuing her from prison in Moonrise. She has been captured, and you can get even more of her favors if you help her. On the other hand, even if you do not help her, she will run away on her own. In that case, you can find her in Guildhall, Lower City. She stands near the trading stalls in the corner of the building and will not refuse to talk to you again.
