During the game’s penultimate quest, Reckoning, you’ll get the task of stealing a few horses and calling in for help to see the epic conclusion of Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2. However, it sounds much easier than it actually is because you’ll be infiltrating one of Sigismund’s camps to do so. Normally, one would think that the steeds are somewhere in the middle of the camp, but that’s not the case. If you’re struggling with this objective, below is a guide with the exact location of the horses.
Where Are the Horses in the ‘Reckoning’ Quest?

As you can see in the above image, the search area is quite large. You need to sneak around the camp, avoiding enemy patrols and other things, to find the steeds that will end Suchdol’s siege. Initially, I wouldn’t blame you if you think the horses are right in the middle of the camp. However, the horses are in the southern part of the camp inside a stable. You don’t even need to enter the camp to find them. You can go around and look for the building in the below image.

Inside, you’ll see a few horses, and once you grab one, the quest will end. In truth, this mission is quite fast if you decide to go straight for the steeds, but we advise against it.
Should You Ignore the Camp?
Horses aren’t the only important thing during the Reckoning quest of Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2. I won’t spoil things, but if you head for the horses, you’ll miss out on two important events that can change how the game ends. One requires you to rescue a certain individual, and the other one features the closure of something that Henry has been trying to achieve since the first game, so I strongly recommend entering the camp to see everything this quest has to offer.
Again, depending on your choices, the game’s ending will vary a bit. Ultimately, the outcome will be mostly the same, so it’s up to you how big you want the camp detour to be. Furthermore, there’s a lot of loot you can grab that will carry over to the post-game section of KCD 2, so that’s something important to remember, too.
