According to YouTuber Quick Tips, Disney Dreamlight Valley fans must upgrade Goofy’s Stall in the Forest of Valor twice before Onion Seeds become available for purchase. Until these upgrades are made, Goofy will only have Bell Pepper Seeds and Blueberries in his stock.
