Want to know whether Rick and Morty Content will be removed from Fortnite? Fortnite is one of the most popular Battle Royales today. This is not surprising since Epic Games regularly adds new content and collaborations with various franchises, including the popular sitcom Rick and Morty. However, with Justin Roiland’s criminal charges of domestic battery and false imprisonment, Rick and Morty could be in danger. Therefore, many players want to know whether Epic Games will remove Rick and Morty content from Fortnite.

Will Rick and Morty Content Be Removed From Fortnite?

Justin Roiland is one of the creators of the hugely popular sci-fi sitcomย Rick and Morty. And this franchise has long gone beyond the usual sitcom, as you can find many collaborations with clothing brands and games, including Fortnite.

However, now, Epic Games is possibly removing Rick and Morty content from Fortnite. In 2020, Justin Roiland was charged with domestic battery and false imprisonment. Roiland did not admit his guilt. And the court hearings have been going on for two years. But the court has yet to set a date for the trial. This situation, of course, can greatly affect Rick and Morty. Roiland gave his voice to both main characters. So if the court proves him guilty, viewers of Rick and Morty content will have some rather unpleasant associations while watching. And this also applies to collaborations with big companies like Epic Games.

Epic Games has not responded to this situation in any way. Of course, we’re worried about them removing Rick and Morty content from Fortnite. Moreover, Roiland gives his voice to Rick and Morty, but their appearance is unique. Therefore, even if the court proves Roiland guilty, there is a chance that Epic Games will remove Rick and Morty’s content from Fortnite.

But most likely, Epic Games will not do anything with Rick and Morty content until the final verdict of the court. They don’t want to lose the love of the fans. And they also don’t want players to associate their game with a criminal. But since court hearings are still going on in this case, you can enjoy any Rick and Morty skins in Fortnite.

We hope this change will not affect the franchise and its collaborations.ย While you are here, take a look at our guide onย how to mark enemiesย in Fortnite.
