Halo Infinite has today launched its November 19 update, so here’s the full list of changes and fixes with this patch. As we just saw the release of the Halo Infinite Multiplayer Beta, there hasn’t been much time for the developers to make big changes, let alone a heap of bug fixes. Instead, we’re looking at a small but significant update that should improve things considerably. If you noticed some parts in and out of Halo Infinite were being a tad inconsistent, then this should be a more than welcome set of fixes. Without further adieu, here’s everything new in the November 19 update for Halo Infinite!

Halo Infinite: How to Fix Challenges Not Tracking

The following was taken from the official Halo Infinite support page:

An update for the Halo Infinite Multiplayer Beta was released on November 19, 2021, at 8 AM PT. The following improvements and fixes were included in this update:

  • Halo Credits purchased outside of Steam, for example in the Microsoft Store, are now reflected when playing Halo Infinite on Steam
  • Oddball rounds now have a 5-minute timer in matchmaking
  • Stability improvements in Big Team Battle matches
  • Various service-related improvements

Expected download size for the update:

  • Microsoft Store and Xbox app: max size of 720mb
  • Xbox consoles: max size of 710mb
  • Steam: max size of 130mb

As you can see, some minor fixes that are small in scope but help things a lot. If you play Halo Infinite on different platforms, then that first changes should be very significant for you. The same goes for stability improvements for Big Team Battle matches. While I haven’t run into issues in the mode myself, if any were present, having them fixed should be a top priority of the development team. All in all, an insignificant if not bad update.

Halo Infinite is available exclusively on PC (Steam and the Microsoft Store) and Xbox platforms.
