The weirdest part is, he was supposed to get rotator cuff surgery but has now been seen on vacation with his partner, Liz Woods. This got many people speculating on whether it was cancelled or if there were problems. Now he is claiming that it got delayed because of his ‘neck disorder’, and this kind of ties our hands. As many of you recall, the world kind of took to calling him No-Neck Ed, so when it comes to the neck, we get it. That’s his Achilles heel of sorts.
Big Ed’s has Klippel-Feil syndrome, which is a rare bone disorder caused by the abnormal fusion of two or more bones in the neck. It has caused him problems his whole life and seems to be again. Initially when fans heard the news of the surgery, they were sending him well wishes. But then it all went quiet, and now Big Ed is opening up about the ordeal in great detail.

Big Ed recently filmed himself sitting in a car and wrote “surgery delay” in his caption. He asked for the attention of his 508,000+ followers and told them about his “surgery update.” He revealed that “they could not do the surgery.” 90 Day Fiancé star Big Ed continued that he was at an outpatient facility, but they did not have the “right equipment.” It happened because of the “size” of Big Ed’s neck. The medical professionals seem to have been worried about damaging Big Ed’s airway. This is why they now want to wait and do it in a hospital instead. Now that Big Ed’s surgery has been delayed, he and Liz have taken off to Palm Springs. He plans to be in the pool with Liz and drink some vodka with ice.”
