Need to get Portable Pot Devices in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom? It is considered to be one of the most valuable devices left from the Zonai, as it allows players to cook anytime they want. Better yet, the item can be easily obtained by the dozens within the first few hours of the game. However, you can only discover the device in just one part of the world map. This guide will examine how you can get Portable Pot Devices in Tears of the Kingdom and everything they can do.
Where To Get Portable Pots in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom
As they are absent from all regions in Hyrule, you can only get Portable Pots in Tears of the Kingdom exclusively at the Sky Islands. The Zonai Device is stored inside capsules that be obtained from the islands’ Device Dispensers. Once you have located a Dispensor, Link must sacrifice either Zonai Charges or Construct Horns to have a chance of obtaining a Portable Pot capsule. However, only a small number of Dispensers have a chance of rewarding the capsules. You can find Portable Pot capsules from all of the following Device Dispensers:
- The Taunhiy Shrine Device Dispenser (located on Hyrule Ridge Sky)
- The Gutanbac Shrine Device Dispenser (located on Great Sky Island)
- The Nachoyah Shrine Device Dispenser (located on Great Sky Island)
As shown below, Device Dispensers that carry Portable Pots will have 10 in their inventory. Although it’s the most populated device, we highly recommend striving to collect all of them from each dispenser. Unlike Flame Emitters and Wings, each Portable Pot can only be used once, as they vanish once a meal is cooked.
Despite having one function, a Portable Pot is arguably the most helpful Zonai Device when in need of health. This is because it can be pulled out from your inventory and placed anywhere to cook any food recipe in the game. This includes meals that temporarily increase your maximum hearts, such as Hearty Mushroom Skewers and Hearty Fried Wild Greens. Alternatively, Link can attach the pots to his weapons and shields using Fuse. By doing so, you can make a Portable-Pot Hammer or Portable-Pot Shield that bears a slight strength boost.
The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is available on Nintendo Switch.
