TMNT: Shredder’s Revenge has revealed its Dimensional Shellshock DLC, which includes a new Survival Mode. This new gameplay feature will add many new things for players. Mainly, anyone who starts this new mode will travel to various stages and play as iconic characters of the franchise while they collect crystals. Collecting enough crystals will send you to a new stage, but while you do that, you can get power-ups that’ll let you transform into villains or other characters. This will give players many hours of fun traveling across this beloved franchise’s multiverse.

While the Survival DLC for TMNT: Shredder’s Revenge has no release date, the developers seem almost finished. A lengthy gameplay video shows many of the things players can expect in this new piece of content.

One of the biggest highlights of the gameplay footage is the ability to transform into other characters, such as Shredder. This will keep the gameplay fresh in over 100 stages that the developers have prepared. Besides, once you collect enough crystals, you can travel to other locations and play as other characters, keeping players hooked for hours.

The new Survival Mode DLC of TMNT: Shredder’s Revenge resembles a rogue-like game. After you die, you can start a new life with new powers, extra hit points, and more. Plus, at the end of every fight, you get two choose between two power-ups, making every run different.

It is uncertain if the DLC will cost, but given the amount of content, it isn’t crazy to think it will. Yet, if the developers decide to give it for free, it will be fantastic as it has many things to experience. Now, all that remains is waiting for an official release date that we hope comes soon.

TMNT: Shredder’s Revenge is available on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, PC, and Mobile.
