Square Enix has revealed the launch trailer for FFXIV 6.5 Growing Light along with its release date of October 3 during its Live Letter #79. While many of us knew the patch would arrive during the early days of October, we finally have a set date. If that wasn’t enough, we saw more of the content that awaits us before we travel to the Golden Lands of Dawntrail, the game’s upcoming expansion. Players will have to wait a few more days before the release date of FFXIV 6.5 Growing Light. As announced, this major patch will arrive on October 3. Similar to Shadowbringers’ last patch, it’ll come in two parts. This is normal for x.5 updates, as they are the final ones before a new expansion, meaning the company likes to give players a lot to do and avoid content drought. Thankfully, it seems this new patch will bring a lot of things for players to do, including:
