Manhattan is full of side activities called FRND requests, and Find Grandpa’s location in Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 is just one of them. These requests usually involve helping the citizens of New York City. Sometimes, you’ll rescue them from The Flame’s fires, but sometimes you’ll need to do something silly like finding someone’s lost grandpa. In any case, Miles Morales is up to the task. In Marvel’s Spider-Man 2‘s FRND request called Find Grandpa, you’ll help a lady track down her lost grandpa in Central Park. It’s a huge park, so we really can’t blame him for getting lost. Since the hints pointing to Grandpa’s location are vague, here’s a guide to help you.

The overall location the photo is pointing to is marked with a light-blue waypoint to find Grandpa in Marvel’s Spider-Man 2. However, you’ll have to start scanning the area once you arrive. There are a bunch of sea lion posters on a building and a fountain in front of them.

You’ll have to scan in front of the fountain for a blue book atop a flowerbed to get the second clue.

How to Search the Botanical Gardens

The note points to a botanical garden, which will again be marked with a light-blue waypoint. By scanning this area, you’ll spot an orange inhaler atop a pillar. After analyzing it, an atom corruption puzzle will begin. Follow these steps to solve the puzzle and get a trail to find Grandpa in Marvel’s Spider-Man 2.

  1. Destroy all the corrupted atoms that are on the outskirts of the composition.
  2. Orange atoms destroy both elements to the sides. Use them to get rid of corrupted atoms that are next to essential atoms.
  3. Repeat this process until only essential atoms are left.

All that’s left then is to follow the blue trail to find Granpa. He’ll be sitting on a bench brooding over his long life.

In sum, to find Grandpa in Marvel’s Spider-Man 2, follow these steps:

  1. Head to the photo’s location by following the light-blue waypoint.
  2. Scan the flowerbed in front of the fountain to find a note.
  3. Follow the note’s instructions to find a botanical garden with an orange inhaler.
  4. Solve the atom puzzle by destroying all the corrupted atoms to get Grandpa’s trail.
  5. Follow the trail to find Grandpa sitting on a bench.

Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 is available on PlayStation 5.
