Once you’ve traded in all of your hard-earned scrap for credits in Lethal Company, buying things is just the first thing that you’ll naturally do. Some items are a lot more useful than others, and some have much more obvious uses than others. The Teleporter definitely sounds like something useful, but you must be confused about how it works if you’re reading about how it works here. To make things easier on you, just know that it’s absolutely worth the 375 credits if you don’t already have one on your ship.
How Do You Use the Teleporter in Lethal Company?
(Updated on August 12, 2024 – updated links and format)
To use the Teleporter in Lethal Company will cost you 375 credits, but if you already have that many, just pick it up. When you do, it will automatically be installed on your ship for easy use. To use it, ensure that there is someone hanging back at the ship while everyone else ventures out and goes looting. When the person back on the ship hears or sees that one of their crewmates is in danger, then they can press a button to teleport that person back to the ship, safe from harm.

Lethal Company: Starter GuideIf that sounds too good to be true, then you’re right; there’s a bit of a payment you need to make in order to do this. Once you or your crewmate is beamed back to the ship, all the items in the inventory will be lost. Realistically, it’s better to go back to the ship alive if you don’t have anything worth keeping so, think about that if you’re in any real danger. We recommend using it if you are in a really tight spot just because sometimes, it isn’t worth losing everything.
