A woman in Massachusetts has recently come under fire after a video surfaced online showing her praying for former Attorney General Pam Bondi to suffer “the worst case of cancer anybody’s ever seen.” The clip was originally posted on TikTok before being reposted to X, where it has gained hundreds of thousands of views. So far, many netizens have described it as an extreme response to the political figure’s cancer diagnosis becoming public.
In the video, the woman, who goes by @glitterandcrossbones on TikTok, appeared to mock supporters of President Donald Trump by addressing God as “MAGA Lord Jesus.” With her hands clasped together and looking upward, she asked that Bondi experience severe suffering from her cancer diagnosis, saying she hoped the former AG would receive the “karma that she so justly deserves.”
“Please let her end up with a hole in her throat that she has to push every time she speaks,” the woman said in the video. She also stated that Bondi should be forced to “take on the suffering,” which she claimed had been unleashed on millions of Americans.
The TikToker’s video came shortly after reports emerged that Bondi had been diagnosed with thyroid cancer. According to CNN, Bondi revealed that she had undergone surgery and is currently receiving treatment. She told the outlet that she is now recovering and “doing well.”
Netizens’ Reaction to the Massachusetts Woman’s Video
On X, many people were outraged by the woman’s prayer. “Vile, evil person you are. God forgive you,” one person wrote. Another said, “I don’t even turn on audio on these. So disgusting and evil.” A third remarked, “What a sick person. PRAYING for harm to come to someone.” A fourth mocked, “She doesn’t need to be looking up as she prays. Satan is nowhere near ‘up there’.”
Some criticized her for wishing illness on someone because of political differences. “They want someone to suffer because they don’t agree with their politics,” one X user commented. Somebody else questioned the reaction altogether, writing, “[What] did Bondi even do? We celebrated her being replaced because she was ineffective. But either way, this response is disgusting.”
A few netizens, however, did not find the woman’s prayer problematic. One comment argued, “Pam Bondi refused to release the Epstein files, she deserves whatever comes to her.”
The TikTok account associated with the video has since been made private. In the aftermath, some social media users claimed they had identified additional online profiles they believed were connected to the woman, while others called for further consequences over her remarks.
