A Pennsylvania woman was taking a flight and assumed she would have the whole row to herself. But pretty soon, a woman switched seats and was placed right next to her. So, she decided to do the grossest thing possible to keep her out of her area – display her bare feet.
Gina (@Daaamnnn_GINA) was flying home from Las Vegas and had an entire row on the plane to herself. However, a woman asked to be moved out of her row for unknown reasons and was placed next to Gina. Now angry that her space was being encroached upon, Gina decided to show the woman this was her space preemptively. So she took off her shoes and socks and showed the woman her bare feet. Gina moved her feet over as close as possible to the woman without putting them directly in the woman’s area.
The woman can be heard telling Gina, “Well, I don’t mind. But I don’t want those in my face.” Gina tells the woman that she might “need to move back” to the other area if she wants to avoid seeing her feet. She tells the woman that she’s clearly “excited” about having her own seat and wants to make the most of it. Apparently, that means stretching out as close as she can get to the other woman’s area.
Gina rudely keeps her feet close to the woman’s area. She then tells her, “Your seat’s over there,” which is a wild way of telling her to stay in her own area for the flight. She then chuckles to herself and stops the recording.
Commenters immediately started sharing their reactions on Gina’s video. Almost everyone in the comments took the other woman’s side, pointing out that Gina was being rude and in the wrong. One commenter stated, “Being barefoot on an airplane is nasty.” Another stated, “No ma’am, you’re out of your space. Your seat is the seat you’re sitting in. Nothing wrong with stretching out, but respect her space as well.”
Other commenters pointed out why Gina’s inconsiderate actions were out of place. One commented, “You paid for a seat, not an entire row. Did she ask the flight attendant if she could move? If she did, then have the common courtesy to allow another passenger to have a comfortable flight. And keep your [expletive] feet off the furniture; you’re in public, not your home!” Commenters continue to share their reactions and opinions about what Gina did in her video.
