The woman, identified as Racquel, shared footage of the incident on Instagram. Recorded by a Ring camera outside her apartment, the video showed several grocery bags left in front of her door. A man then walked past the apartment with his dog on a leash.
The man was holding the dog’s leash in one hand and his phone in the other, appearing more focused on his call. However, he stopped in front of the apartment when his dog began sniffing Racquel’s groceries.
What happened next shocked viewers. The dog lifted its leg and began urinating on the groceries, but the man made no attempt to stop it. He allowed the dog to continue before walking away once it had finished.
Racquel Reacts to Shocking Incident
The incident left Racquel outraged, and she expressed her frustration in the caption accompanying the video. “I am beyond disgusted‼‼ What kind of nasty, disrespectful behavior is this?!?!,” she wrote. She then described how the man had allowed his dog to urinate on her groceries, adding, “My groceries that I have to bring inside my home.”
Racquel continued expressing her anger while making it clear that she had no problem with dogs themselves. Instead, she took issue with “irresponsible, inconsiderate, disgusting dog owners who have absolutely no respect for other people’s property or living spaces.”
In a comment on the Instagram post, Racquel revealed that she had filed a police report. She also said, “Leasing office asked me for the video and receipt of grocery bill.” It remains unclear whether the man will face any consequences for the incident.
