Playing as a sword-wielding badass is always fun. But what if you could double that power? In this title, you won’t just have control of a single character. Take control of two warriors in the action-adventure Soulstice, a dual character hack-and-slash game from Reply Game Studios and Modus Games.
Soulstice Release Date and Features
Announced during the PC Gaming Show at E3, the main draw of the action-adventure game Soulstice is the control of two characters. Some similar games alternate between who the player wields. But in this dual character hack-and-slash game, one will be deal double the damage in half the time. Chimeras, two beings born of a single soul, are the only ones who can combat the Wraiths. To fight these beings born of Chaos, twin sisters Briar and Lute were reborn as a Chimera.
While Briar gains superhuman strength, Lute is sacrificed and passes to become a Shade, her sister’s magical companion spirit. In athe action-adventure Soulstice, the sisters have to save the city of Ilden after it falls to the Wraiths. As agents of Chaos, their only purpose is death and destruction of everything. Only by combining their powers can the sisters hope to save the world. But will their combined powers be enough to deal with the Chaos?
Here are some features of the title:
- Combat Different Enemies – Wraiths aren’t the only thing to worry about in the action-adventure Soulstice. In addition, players must confront Corrupted and Possessed that have come from beyond the veil.
- Explore Ilden – The city is in ruins. And the sisters must work through puzzles and uncover many secrets. The sky has been torn open and the closer the sisters get to ground zero, the more twisted the environment becomes.
- Customize Weapons and Abilities – Throughout the game, one can upgrade weapons and abilities. During the heat of battle, one can switch weapons if necessary.
