During the spy season, Fortnite missions got an interesting twist focused on heists. Among the challenges, players could disguise themselves as enemies, infiltrate rivals’ territory, and hack into the wares for gold or legendary weapons. In this season, we first saw skins like Midas, Sky, TNTina, or Meowscles. Then, the heist mechanics leveled up with the train robberies. Now, the new season of Fortnite LAWLESS will take up many of these elements, giving them a unique touch. Not only will you have to fight to be the only survivor, but also to get your hands on the juicy loot.
The Fortnite team dropped a bomb with a new cinematic trailer containing all the latest features awaiting players in the new LAWLESS season. The map and story leave behind the hunters and demons in an old Japanese style. It looks like the developers set the bar very high, and it will be tough to beat the season that had Godzilla and Hatsune Miku simultaneously. Even the original skins of Hope, Jade, and Kendo are unique as Hope resembles an Anbu ninja, Kendo is a modern samurai, and even the samurai Baymax. Plus, some of the most incredible challenges, like fighting against Rosa, the katanas, and the floating island.
Instead, it’s time to revisit a city that looks like Cyberpunk, especially in the most destroyed areas. It will be interesting to see the trails again, as in one part of the video, some characters are inside the wagons, maybe to steal more items. But I don’t know if we need another season of robberies and heists as LAWLESS, which will arrive this Friday, February 21st.
Also, on February 14th, some of the new skins of the trailer appeared in an official Fortnite illustration. Again, we will have Midas, who has a new look that is wilder and less corrupted. However, if you want something wilder, there is also a wolf husbando just as elegant as ZZZ‘s Lycaon. Yet, many will probably wait for Sub Zero to appear in the Battle Pass or shop. So, you still have a few days to finish your Hunters season missions and arm yourself to the teeth to defend yourself against these new looters.
