Bigger is better in Warframe and while your space ninja is cool, Necramechs tend to pack in more firepower in open-world environments. Luckily, the game will let you test out these hulking mech suits using the Fallen Necramech, so you can decide whether you can craft one of your own or not. If anything, you can also use these Fallen Necramech for certain Nightwave challenges, and here’s where to find their spawn locations in Warframe.

Fallen Necramech Locations in the Cambion Drift, Deimos
The map above are approximations of Fallen Necramech spawn locations in Warframe. There are a couple of things you need to remember, however.
- Fallen Necramechs spawn only in the Cambion Drift in Deimos.
- Fallen Necremach can only spawn during Fass.
- Fallen Necramech spawn can be random and RNG-based.
That means there’s no guarantee that all the locations marked on the map image above will have a Fallen Necramech. So you’ll have to try out numerous locations unless you get lucky on your first try.
Thus, I recommend bringing the following equipment or Warframe to speed up your search:
- Archwing (equipment)
- K-Drive (equipment)
- Titania
- Volt
- Gauss
- Wukong
Invisibility Warframes are also a good option for when you’re looking as they can help you avoid combat until you can find a Fallen Necramech. Ivara, Octavia, or Loki are your top choices for this.
To locate Fallen Necramechs in the area we highlighted above, look for a blue energy glow and some black and cold color combinations lying on the ground. Remember, they only spawn in Fass, during Vome, any Fallen Necramech will become Allied Necramech and will usually be active.
In case you don’t find any Fallen Necramech in the locations we highlighted (this can happen if you’re really unlucky), then you can travel back to the Necralisk and go back out to the Cambion Drift to reload the area. Start the search all over again afterward.
How to Use Fallen Necramech in Warframe
You can either scan or board the Necramech itself once you’ve found one of them. All you have to do to commandeer a Fallen Necramech is to walk up to them and use your Transference (Operator/Drifter mode) and you will relinquish control of your current Warframe and then transfer control to the Necramech.
You will leave behind your Warframe and they will be immobile unless they’re Excalibur Umbra. Keep in mind that these Fallen Necramechs don’t have mods on them so they’re somewhat weak and unreliable.
