Amazing Spider-Man #26 is not out until Wednesday; however, a distribution leak is spoiling certain events. Marvel has already revealed that Kamala Kham, a.k.a. Ms. Marvel, will not survive the issue. Now, this new Amazing Spider-Man leak is revealing the fates of Mary Jane and Paul’s kids. You know, the ones introduced in the first issue of the Zeb Wells and John Romita Jr. series. Unfortunately, it is not looking good for the juniors.

Throughout the Zeb Wells and John Romita Jr. run of Amazing Spider-Man, Mary Jane and Peter Parker have not been together. Instead, Mary Jane has lived in a dimension where time moves vastly different than in Parker’s. In fact, in a single day in Peter’s dimension, Mary Jane lived a full life with a man named Paul. She even had two kids with the man.
Of course, with Mary Jane “rescued” from that other dimension, the added family really put a damper on her and Peter’s relationship. Instead, Spider-Man has been focusing on protecting the world from villains and rekindling his relationship with Black Cat. This has led him to team up with Kamala Khan, a.k.a. Ms. Marvel. Khan is in a unique position where she can help Peter as an intern at Oscorp to keep an eye on Norman Osborn. Meanwhile, she can help put the criminals in prison as Ms. Marvel.
Now, it looks like Ms. Marvel’s crimefighting will meet a tragic end in the upcoming issue.
The Curious Case Of MJ’s Children
Meanwhile. Bleedingcool has some of the leaked pages from Amazing Spider-Man #26. It seems these children are not all they appear to be. Earlier in the series, we discovered that the kids were not the biological offspring of MJ and Paul. Though the two did raise them for the past four years.
Now, the upcoming issue focuses on Spider-Man and Ms. Marvel trying to stop the entity responsible for MJ’s dimension traveling, the Emissary. This leads to the realization that MJ’s kids are not so permanent. In fact, one of the leaked panels shows the kids fading away in Paul’s arms.
This issue is shaping up to be an iconic Spider-Man tale and one not to be missed!
