The Kardashians are no doubt an unconventional family, and while other moms are awkward about their conversations with their daughters regarding relationships, Kris Jenner took the bull by the horns in giving Khloe Kardashian some straightforward advice. Khloe, in a recent podcast, revealed that her mom Kris gave her advice that blew her away when it comes to locking down a boyfriend, right in front of her friends.
In her very own podcast, Khloe in Wonderland, the Kardashian sister bared it all. In the past, Khloe Kardashian brought home some of her girl-friends to their house to talk about an aloof potential boyfriend. Khloe was getting worried that the guy she went on dates with wasn’t interested anymore after a couple of meetings.
Khloe Kardashian’s mother, Kris Jenner, couldn’t help but butt into the conversation. It’s just that Kris Jenner’s advice shocked and embarrassed not just Khloe Kardashian but her friends as well, especially when she said it out casually:
“Well, did you give him a BJ?” asked Kris Jenner
Despite Kris Jenner’s unapologetic candidness, however, Khloe Kardashian’s friends found it rather impressive, given that her mother set her up with someone high-profile. For the record, Khloe mentioned that the man he was dating at the time was a famous L.A. basketball player, which explains the pressure.
Previously, Kris Jenner also gave another raunchy dating advice to her daughters, telling them to send nude selfies and pictures to guys they like to attract and keep them. The tactic likely worked on Kris Jenner’s ex-husband(s), for a while at least.
Who Was Khloe Dating at the Time?
Khloe refused to elaborate on who exactly was this distant basketball player boyfriend (most likely ex) at the time, but there’s a high chance it was Lamar Odom. Lamar Odom had a long stint with the Los Angeles Lakers, which ran from 2004 to 2011.
Khloe even got married to Lamar back in 2009, one month after meeting each other, and this marriage lasted until 2016. The two even had a show together as well, named Khloe & Lamar. So it appears Kris Jenner’s advice was not in vain.
The other possible candidate would be Tristan Thompson, but he only played for the Lakers back in 2023, which barely lasted one year. It’s also possible that there’s a secret ex that Khloe didn’t mention or didn’t get exclusive with because the Kardashian sister also recalled that she just went on a date with the said L.A. basketball player and that they weren’t exactly “dating.”
