Disney Won’t Let Me Fulfill My Dream of Being an Interior Decorator, and It Is Frustrating

Are you kidding me?

I spend hours and hours trying to make my valley as lovely as possible so that my neighbors and I can enjoy the view. However, it is frustrating that no matter how hard I try to change the furniture or the upholstery, Disney just won’t cooperate to make it perfect. The latest example is the Cafe Display from the Star Path in Disney Dreamlight Valley, which has Tiana’s decorations. The tables need to be bigger or be a different size than they appear, and we players are tired of dealing with objects that don’t match our aesthetic.

WHYYYY 😫😫😫

All the chaos is not just for a simple Cafe Display since it is a Premium Star Path item to begin with. You can purchase them with Moonstones in exchange for real money or an investment of many hours playing. Many of us had high hopes since the trailer of The Princess and the Frog update launched, especially because it showed the decoration of a themed restaurant, such as the Cafe Display. However, the appliance and countertops are smaller in the game. Also, the Cafe Display can only be on a big table. In the trailer, there is a scene where it’s resting perfectly on one of the new countertops from the same collection.

This is not the first or only time we’ve dealt with this frustration; many players have also had to deal with wallpapers and floors not lining up. Other objects for decoration, such as flowers or vases, are too big for a table where they should fit perfectly or simply can’t be on certain surfaces. In a game where many of us want to complete every collection, and it just doesn’t work, it’s unnerving. Especially since the game has been around for a while, and Gameloft, in the end, decided to charge for the DLCs, so they should have fixed these issues by now.
