To be able to get ahead in the competitive FIFA 23 Ultimate Team, you will need the best players you can get in the game. Opening card packs or buying Coins are obviously the best way to obtain them, but thankfully, Twitch Prime Gaming subscribers can get one additional method to get them. Here’s how you can claim the Twitch Prime Gaming pack bonuses and get the much-needed head start for the FIFA 23 Ultimate Team mode.
FIFA 23: How To Claim the Twitch Prime Gaming Pack
- Open the Prime Gaming website.
- Link your Prime account with your Twitch account.
- Link the EA account you use for FIFA 23 to the same Twitch account.
- On the Prime Gaming page, look for the Twitch Prime crown icon on the top-right of your screen. Click it.
- Keep following the prompts to claim the Prime Gaming rewards to your EA account.
- Start the FIFA 23 game.
- Open the Ultimate Team Store.
- Click on the My Packs menu.
- You can now open the monthly rewards. But don’t forget that you have to claim them manually each month.
Keep in mind that on the FIFA 23 Twitch Prime Gaming page itself, it’s written that the bonus content could take “up to 1 hour” to be delivered to your account, and it can only be redeemed once to a single EA account on a single platform.
Prime Gaming Pack Content
Over a 12-month period, Twitch Prime, Amazon Prime, or Prime Video subscribers (depending on region) can claim one Prime Gaming reward pack per month. The first and current pack, which launches on October 17, 2022, includes:
- Gold Rare Players x7
- Player Pick with minimum OVR 81+ x2
- Rare Consumables x12
- And Mbappé on 5 games loan x1
However, FUT 23 player items may differ depending on when the reward pack is opened.
If You Encountered Issues When Claiming the Prime Gaming Content
Prime Gaming content will be unlocked only for the linked EA account and the first platform you log into. You can only unlink your accounts one time within a period of 6 months, and an EA account can only be linked to one Amazon Prime account in its lifetime. If you accidentally linked the wrong EA account to your Amazon Prime account and you haven’t yet claimed the FIFA 23 Prime Gaming bonus, here’s what you can do:
- Visit Myaccount.EA.com and log into your EA Account.
- Click on the “Unlink” button to unlink your accounts.
- Once your accounts are unlinked, visit the FIFA 23 Prime Gaming page.
- Link the correct EA account to your Amazon Prime account or link the correct EA account there.
- Do not log in using any other accounts at the same time in the same browser. To make sure the cookies for all your accounts aren’t mixed up, complete the process in Private Browsing or Incognito Mode while only using your correct account.
If you are having trouble, head over to the Prime Guide for help regarding your Amazon Prime membership or help.ea.com for issues with your EA account.
