Five women in Washington DC were accused of breaking into a Chick-fil-A restaurant and stealing from it.
Security footage showed five women outside a Chick-fil-A restaurant at night. One by one, they entered the restaurant after breaking in, while one woman remained outside for a short time, appearing to watch the area before following the rest of the group inside.
Another portion of the surveillance footage showed the women entering an office area inside the restaurant, where they were also captured on camera. According to the claims shared alongside the video, the alleged theft took place there. Some social media accounts also alleged that the group caused significant damage to the restaurant, though those claims have not been independently verified.
According to ABC 7, police are working to identify the women shown in the surveillance footage. The Metropolitan Police Department said the alleged break-in occurred at a Chick-fil-A restaurant in the 3100 block of 14th Street NW. Investigators are asking anyone who recognizes the women or has information about the incident to contact police.
While police classified the incident as a burglary, they have not disclosed what was stolen from the restaurant or how the group allegedly gained entry. As of now, there have been no public updates regarding the identities of the women or whether any arrests have been made.

Several commenters called for those responsible to be identified, arrested, and held accountable. “If you participate in anything like this you should be in a hard labor camps for 5 years minimum.
