Want to know how many acts are there in Baldur’s Gate 3? Larian Studios has done phenomenal and elaborate work for the recently released Baldur’s Gate 3. The game is brimming with many absorbing stories, deep dialogue trees, and many absorbing stories, deep dialogue trees, and many successive quests you can get your hands on. With all this content to spend hours on, BG3 is split into several acts, but how many are there to experience? We will break down all the Baldur’s Gate 3 acts out there and how long they are.
How Many Acts in Baldur’s Gate 3
Baldur’s Gate 3 has three campaign acts — Act One, Act Two, and Act Three. Although there are only three acts, they are all exceedingly long and detailed. Acts are distinct questlines that combine to form a single, overarching plot. Despite being a multiplayer game, Baldur’s Gate 3’s campaign acts are full and comprehensive. You get to know every NPC in person and learn their personal traits. Besides the fact that the game’s acts are long enough, the side quests will also give you a great gaming experience.
In the first act, you make a sweet introduction to the story of the game and get to know the Dungeons and Dragons universe. In the second act, everything starts to settle down, and the story expands. And in the final act, camping ends, and you consume everything about the story. Act I and II are the longest, and everything about the story takes shape in these acts. Act III is a wrap-up to the story, the part where everything finalizes.
How Long Is BG3
According to Larian Studios, it will take approximately 75 to 120 hours to complete Baldur’s Gate 3‘s entire campaign. However, we think it will take more than that, as there is so much interesting area to explore and see and too much exciting content to spend time on. We don’t even include the time you romance with companions and chat with NPCs.
Larian Studios confirmed that the game’s second act is the longest, and you’ll spend most of your time there. Since it is the largest act, that’s certainly where the story unfolded. Following Act II, act I is the next longest chapter in Baldur’s Gate 3. Act III is the shortest because it is the chapter where the story is wrapped up. No matter how long they are, they all have exceptional content and storylines and are worth a try.
