As Overwatch 2 players eagerly explore the seasonal event, some challenges can give them pause. The difficulty isn’t as much to blame as a general confusion on what exactly they need to do. In this case, it’s with the “Knock Knock” challenge. With a brief description, it’s easy to get lost in this one. So, our guide is here to help you through the “Knock Knock” challenge so you can check this off your Overwatch 2 list. Plus, you can earn yourself some cool rewards.
“Knock Knock …” Challenge Guide in Overwatch 2
The seasonal event, appropriately dubbed Halloween Terror, provides many on-theme challenges for players to enjoy. Beyond gaining some Battle Pass experience, the challenges offer up exclusive rewards, too, based on different characters. Some require a bit of extra help to move players along.
The “Knock Knock” challenge offers Overwatch 2 players a simple explanation: “Disturb the Guest in the Tavern.” But that’s about it in terms of instructions. With our step-by-step guide, you’ll get through this challenge in no time.
- Step 1 – Play Junkenstein’s Revenge: Wrath of the Bride: This PvE horde mode came courtesy of the Halloween event.
- Step 2 – Fight through Eichenwalde: To complete “Knock Knock” in Overwatch 2, you must work your way to the tavern. If you don’t know where it is, head toward the area where the enemy team spawns if you were in a normal match. The tavern doors open once the area is cleared of the attacking bots.
- Step 3 – Enter the tavern: Inside the tavern, head upstairs and toward the two doors that stand side-by-side.
- Step 4 – Knock on the door: Interact with the right door and knock four times. You’ll know you succeeded because the fourth knock will cause the map to shake. And thus you’ve completed “Knock Knock” in Overwatch 2.
When you finish this challenge, you’ll gain a new voice line from Kiriko.
Anytime you jump into this PvE mode, you have the chance to complete the “Knock Knock” challenge. Just remember to head to the tavern at some point and knock on the correct door. Otherwise, it won’t work, and you’ll miss out on nabbing that voice line.
In the meantime, you can also enjoy everything else this event has to offer, such as different difficulty modes and other challenges to gain more exclusive rewards.
