The Fontaine region added in Genshin Impact 4.0 is filled with a race of rabbit-like humanoid people called the Melusine. You can help them out and obtain the rare Strange Parts item in return as a reward. Genshin Impact: How To Complete “Were It So Easy” Quest
1. Complete the “Ancient Colors” Quest Chain
Before you can start the “Were It So Easy” Quest in Genshin Impact, you need to complete the “Ancient Colors” three Acts quest chain first.
- Ancient Colors: Act I – “A Brush of Seafoam and Crimson” World Quest
- Ancient Colors: Act II – “A Gradient of Dreams and Ochre” World Quest
- Ancient Colors: Act III – “Blue Longing of Heart and Moon” World Quest
2. Give A Flower To Cosanzeana in Merusea Village
Once you have completed the “Ancient Colors” quest chain, head to the Merusea Village in Fontaine. Look for a Melusine called Cosanzeana. You can find her house by heading west from the village’s Teleport Waypoint. Speak to her and give her four of one type of flower. Depending on your choice during the conversation, you have to give Cosanzeana one of the following flowers:
- Windwheel Aster Windwheel Aster ×4
- Silk Flower Silk Flower ×4
- Naku Weed Naku Weed ×4
- Sumeru Rose Sumeru Rose ×4
Hand her the flowers and help her plant them. Afterward, use a Hydro character to water the newly created flower garden and Cosanzeana will give you a Strange Part in return. Now, wait until the next day in Genshin Impact to finally unlock “Were It So Easy” and continue this quest.
3. Check Up On Cosanzeana’s Flower in Merusea Village
Head back to Consanzeana’s house and check up on her flowers to start Genshin Impact’s “Were It So Easy” Quest. But for some reason, a Breacher Primus is there and tries to mess things up! Beat it fast and protect Consanzeana’s garden.
4. Investigate Cosanzeana’s Flower Garden
Welp, unfortunately, the garden is now in ruins from all that kerfuffle. From now on, Consanzeana wants to keep a lookout for her flowers, but we can’t have her go head-first into danger. Investigate the glowing spots around the house to look for clues behind the Breacher Primus’s appearance.
Interact with the glowing spot behind Consanzeana, nearest to the tunnel where you came from. Suddenly, a Gardemek will pop out from the ground. Defeat it just like before. With this, Cosanzeana’s garden is safe and you’ve completed the “Were It So Easy” Quest in Genshin Impact.
