Terrifying enemies can stalk you in the dark while you roam the worlds of Nightingale. But you might be puzzled when you defeat certain tough enemies in the game only to find their solid remains are loot left behind. With Petrified Ichor, you may wonder about its use, and how you can farm more while playing Nightingale.
How to Find and Farm Petrified Ichor in Nightingale?
Petrified Ichor is dropped by Darkweavers, a Bound enemy mob commonly found in Gloom realms in Nightingale. You may first commonly find them even in the Gloom Site of Power in any Abeyance Realm, where this item is a common drop. As its name suggests, it’s a crystallized form of their blood.
You can farm Petrified Ichor by opening a Gloom Major realm (Desert, Swamp, and Forest will do) and wait until night comes. This means not using the Realmic Transmuter with anything like a Utopia card. Bound enemies spread like wildfire in the game at night, but beware. The Gloom realm is one of the hardest in the game for realmwalkers, so bring gear, and maybe your rifle to keep a safe distance.
How to Use Petrified Ichor
Petrified Ichor is classified as a gem in Nightingale, making it a suitable substitute to farm for gems when crafting. One of the most important resources related to gems in the game is Glass, which you can generate quickly at the Smelter. It’s also an impressively sinister notion, making your bottles out of the blood of your enemies, possibly a bolder statement than drinking it raw.
Beyond the diverse uses for Glass in the game, you’ll quickly appreciate that you can make Alchemical Ink in the game with it. This means you can use Petrified Ichor among the plethora of other gems in the game as a convenient resource for making Realm Cards. So grab any pieces you can find, as it’ll save you mining time in this surprisingly grindy survival experience.
