This article is over 2 years old and may contain outdated information.

Like other life sims, Palia has a variety of activities, such as gardening, catching bugs, fishing, cooking, and others. They will help you get new items and progress in the game. And, of course, a caught fish or a cooked dish is an excellent gift for the villagers of Kilima Village with whom you want to make friends. However, sometimes they will want rather unusual items, such as Ship Fragments, which are quite hard to find in Palia.

In Palia you will meet many different characters. Each of them is engaged in various activities and can give you quests. And if you want to make friends with them, you will have to visit them daily and give them various gifts. However, some villagers prefer strange items in Palia, such as Ship Fragments.

These Fragments do not even have rarity since they are essentially junk. However, this does not mean you will easily find Ship Fragments in Palia. Kilima Village and Bahari Bay are quite clean locations despite the many ancient ruins, and you won’t find any junk lying around. Therefore, you need to take the Fishing Rod and be patient.

So, to get Ship Fragments in Palia, you must go to the Bahari Bay coastline and fish there. You can use a hook without bait or a worm. Of course, most of the time, you will catch fish, which is not bad, and then you can sell it for Gold. But the chance of catching Ship Fragments is very low. Therefore, you may need several dozen attempts to get this trash item.

How To Use Ship Fragments in Palia

As we said, Ship Fragment is a junk-type item. In other words, even if you want to sell it, you will receive a maximum of 2 Gold.

Instead, you’re better off saving them for more important purposes, namely completing Weekly Wants. Also, some characters in Kilima Village will be happy to receive these Ship Fragments as a gift:

  • Einar
  • Elouisa
  • Jina
  • Zeki

That’s all you need to know about how to find and use Ship Fragments in Palia. Even though this is a junk item, it can be quite difficult to obtain if you don’t know where to look. In the meantime, please take a look at our guide on how to Complete Secrets, Secrets quest in Palia.

Palia is now in Open Beta and will be released on PC and the Nintendo Switch.
