BG3: How To Get the Amulet of Greater Health
As we mentioned above, this amulet is not so easy to get because you will first need to complete a significant part of the story and then visit the House of Hope where the item is located. After you sign or refuse to make a deal with Raphael, you can visit the right location, but it’s not that easy to get there.
How To Reach House of Hope
The first thing you should do to get the Amulet of Greater Health in Baldur’s Gate 3 is to go to Devil’s Fee, a shop located in the northwest of Lower City. In this shop, you will meet Helsik and can talk to her about the portal to House of Hope. She will tell you that she can help you with this but for a donation of 20,000 gold. At this point, you can either pass a Persuasion check to decrease the price by half or visit the second floor to loot the chests and find all the necessary items to open the portal yourself. Regardless of your choice, you will eventually open the portal and enter the House of Hope.
Amulet of Greater Health Location
Your next goal should be to visit the archive because that’s where the amulet is located. Once in the archive, go to the left side of the room, where you can see the long-awaited amulet. Pay attention that the item is on a pressure plate and as soon as you pick it up, a trap will be triggered. Disarm the trap and steal the amulet, then escape from the House of Hope or prepare for a battle with the guards if you didn’t eliminate the Archivist before grabbing the item.
Finally, when you successfully leave the House of Hope with the Amulet of Greater Health, you can enjoy its effect, which increases the wearer’s Constitution score to 23.
