Zelda Tears of the Kingdom: Frostbite Trousers Location

You can get Frostbite Trousers in Tears of the Kingdom in the Hebra Headspring cave. To be even more precise, it is at the northern end of Hebra Headspring at the coordinates: -2897, 2511, 0393.

To get to the cave entrance, you can dive down from the Wind Temple. Once you enter the cave, two Ice Keese will greet you. They are an easy challenge. The problem is the freezing cold water that fills the cave that will cause damage to Link if touched.

To get the Frostbite Trousers in Tears of the Kingdom, you will need to get to the other side of the cave where the treasure room is, all the while avoiding the death-threatening water.

There is a rather easy way to do it. 

1. Simply jump up on the rocks in the water. 
2. Glide to the entrance of the treasure room. 
3. Next, throw a White Chuchu Jelly or Ice Fruit into the water to create a platform to reach the other side. 

This approach will have you land right at the entrance of the treasure room.

All you need to do now to get the Frostbite Trousers in Tears of the Kingdom is to climb the wall and enter the treasure chamber. Although the wall has an icy part, Link can still hold on to it for long enough to jump his way up.

Open the chest to claim the Frostbite Trousers. This armor piece has base defense 2 and grants cold weather attacks in low-temperature environments.

To complete the Frostbite Armor Set, you will need Frostbite Headdress and Frostbite Shirt. Although getting the Frostbite Trousers or the entire set is not an easy feat, the bonus it provides is quite worthwhile.
