The Cord item in Lego Fortnite is especially useful in the early game. The Crafting Station is one of the first Crafting Stations you will unlock in the early game, as the resources required by the Crafting Station to craft this item are quite accessible. Although obtaining a Cord sounds like a piece of cake in Lego Fortnite, there are some things you need to know. Let’s take a look at how Cord is crafted and what other items you can craft with it.

To craft a Cord in Lego Fortnite, you must first make a Spinning Wheel, a Crafting Station built using x8 Plank, x5 Wooden Rod, x5 Wood, and x5 Wolf Claw. Then, you can open the Build Menu and place the Spinning Wheel wherever you want. In the Spinning Wheel, you can craft one Cord for x5 Vines. You can get Plank and Wooden Rod from the Lumber Mill, Wolf Claw by killing a Wolf, and Vines by beating the bushes around you with a Sword.

In addition, you can craft Drawstring, Silk Thread, Wool Thread, and Heavy Wool Thread from this Crafting Station. With Cord, you can craft a Recurve Crossbow, Common / Uncommon Knight Shield, and finally, Grappler from the Crafting Bench. These items will be especially useful in the early game.

For example, the best way to hunt Brutes is with a Crossbow, and you can craft it with the Cord. Or you can use Grapples to travel around the Lava Caves without any problems. Last but not least, the Knight Shield will protect you perfectly against tough and powerful enemies.
