This article is over 1 years old and may contain outdated information.

Bone Blocks can be a pretty cool thing to have in Enshrouded. Not only will they give your base the edgy touch of death that it needs to fit in with a world like Embervale, but they also look rad. Though, if you want to unlock this building block, you’ll have to put in a bit of work. It isn’t as easy as crafting with some bones in the Workbench. You’ll need to complete a quest that takes you into an ancient Hidden Tomb and through some pretty annoying enemies. Though, it’s pretty worth it, considering you’ll be able to deck out your base with the bones of your enemies.

How To Complete Searching For Hidden Tombs in Enshrouded

Before you get started, you’ll need to open up your quest list and find the Searching for Hidden Tombs quest. This quest is unlocked after speaking with the Blacksmith and beginning all the quest options he has available. Once you’ve got it started, you can head over to the map or press the button indicated at the bottom of your screen to show the location on your map.

The Hidden Tomb Entry is located just to the North of the first Ancient Spire that you unlock. The easiest way to get there is by fast-traveling to the Ancient Spire and traveling North from there. If you already have the Glider crafted and equipped, this process will only take a few seconds.

Once you’ve arrived at the Hidden Tomb Entry, you only need to go inside and kill all the enemies in the vicinity. Once they’re out of the way, start exploring. You’ll need to find a large, glowing sarcophagus-like tomb and search through it. However, you should keep in mind that there will be several spiders in this tomb, which, up until this point, you likely haven’t encountered yet. A great way to take down the spiders is by using fire magic. A fire-based wand works wonders and can take them out pretty quickly without giving them the option to attack you first.

Once you find the tomb, open it, and you will find some Bone Blocks, and you’ll earn 75 XP. This will give you a good chunk of XP to go toward your next level, and you’ll now be able to craft Bone Blocks to build with at your base.

To recap quickly:

  • Begin the Searching For Hidden Tombs quest with the Blacksmith.
  • Find the Hidden Tomb Entry North of the first Ancient Spire.
  • Head inside, kill the spiders with fire and loot the Hidden Tomb.

Jordan is an experienced fantasy writer who spends hours behind her laptop, and lost in the pages of a book. She strives to be a successful gaming blogger, and has no complaint about the hours of game time she used to increase her knowledge of all things “geek”. She primarily writes gaming articles and fantasy novels. Ark: Survival Evolved is a favorite, along with Diablo 3, Warframe and Minecraft lately, though you can’t forget the good old Magic the Gathering card game! Writing about games truly gives her joy as it gives her another perspective to look at games from, a reason to really look into the mechanics of the game.
