Jennifer Lopez kinda had Instagram on her side as photos of her strolling around with an ice cream circulated last month. On July 14, Just Jared shared snaps of the 55-year-old enjoying her frozen treat in The Hamptons, with the gallery seeing her spending time with estranged husband Ben Affleck‘s teenage daughter Violet.
Looking her usual stylish self as she rocked a peasant-style top and figure-hugging jeans, Jen flew the flag for summer chic in high heels, but talk in the comments was of her facial expression. While more extensive photos shared by The Daily Mail had shown Jen smiling during her outing, this shot saw her failing to crack a grin. When one fan said that JLo looked “mad,” others said that it was because Just Jared had chosen “unflattering” photos of the songstress.

Continuing her extended Fourth of July stint on the East Coast while 2022-married husband Ben hung back in L.A., JLo put on a family display as she walked around a downtown spot with 18-year-old Violet, shared by Batman star Ben and ex-wife Jennifer Garner.
Rocking a floaty, skimpy white shirt with thick straps and a sleeveless finish, JLo injected boho accents into her look, one also comprised of a tight pair of jeans teamed with platform wedge heels. Coordinating her wicker-accent purse to her footwear, the “Jenny From The Block” singer carried a small ice cream cone, donning circular-rimmed, tinted shades, plus her signature hoop earring finish.
Looking a little glum as she was photographed on a sidewalk, JLo was then seen with Violet, who wore a face mask.
Looking ‘Mad’ Because Of ‘Unflattering’ Photos
While some queried how Violet was going to handle an ice cream with a face mask, others focused on JLo.
“They usted [sic] Jennifer’s worst pics! Everyone hates her,” one user wrote. Adding cry-face emoji to their reply, another said: “Why is no one else noticing that? Couldn’t be more unflattering smh.”
When one fan asked “Why JLo looks mad like,” another again referenced the other photos taken earlier that day. “She didn’t look mad at all. She was smiling all day but as usual, Just Jared choose the worst pictures,” they clarified.
Media outlets are still exploding with reports of an imminent divorce as Jennifer and her husband lead separate lives.
Alongside not having been spotted together in two months, the couple has listed their $68 mansion. Last month, Ben dropped a sweet $20.5 million on a bachelor pad. With JLo seen touring a $22 million pad earlier this month, it looks like she’s also shopping for a new place.
