Larsa quickly pointed out that her dedication to squats was not for the faint-hearted. She does one or two sets of eight reps and sometimes pushes herself to do more. This means that she does 40 squats in a set and two sets in a session. “If you add weight to it, then you won’t have to do that many, but like 12-15 reps”. Larsa explained that she opts for a 10-pound dumbbell if she must use weights.
