According to the footage, the individual was seen standing near the wall of the building, holding a spray can while writing large red letters across the surface. The message included a direct threat aimed at ICE agents, along with symbols painted beside the words. It read, “Kill Your Local ICE Agent.”

The person had their full face covered except for the eye area and was dressed casually in a light-colored shirt and dark pants. The back of their shirt also appeared to carry the same violent message directed at ICE agents.

The individual immediately left the area after completing the graffiti.

Netizens Were Divided Over the Message

The video has received over 200,000 likes and has also drawn mixed reactions on TikTok. Some viewers appeared to support the message, with one writing, “This IS acceptable… you can’t win a battle by simply standing still.” Someone else even suggested that people should “start jumping them in groups then running off.”

However, many others condemned the act, pointing out that it went beyond free speech. “That is a crime and not free speech,” one person wrote. Another commented, “This is Not acceptable.” A third said, “If you think this is ok you’re the problem.”

A few also expressed concern about what the message itself could encourage and urged people not to go through with it. “I don’t think it would be great to promote violence, I don’t think this would be beneficial for both sides at all,” one comment read. Another added, “Ice agents are just doing their job, they too are people and need to put food on the table for their family. Y’all take it way too personally.”

As of the time of writing, it has not been confirmed whether the individual from the California ‘No Kings’ protest has been identified or if any action has been taken.
