Paul Rudd Update On Jeremy Renner’s Progress
The Ghostbusters: Afterlife actor updated Jeremy Renner’s health since he started recovering from his injuries.
“He’s doing alright. He’s doing well,” Paul told ET, revealing that he just “talked to him yesterday,” on Monday, February 6. “He’s the best guy, and he’s awesome,” Paul added.
Paul Rudd and Jeremy Renner are fellow Marvel Cinematic Universe actors who acted together in Avengers: Endgame and Captain America: Civil War.
Paul was at Monday’s premiere for his new Marvel film, Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, where he talked about his former co-star.
The actor’s latest Ant-Man sequel debuts in theaters on February 17 and co-stars returning Marvel actors. Evangeline Lilly stars as Hope van Dyne, Michael Douglas as Hank Pym, and Michelle Pfeiffer as Janet van Dyne.
The flick also formally introduces Jonathan Majors as Kang the Conqueror and Kathryn Newton, who takes over as Scott’s daughter, Cassie Lang.
Jeremy Renner Undergoing Therapy After Ghastly Accident.
Jeremy Renner’s accident occurred while he plowed snow near his home in the Mt. Rose Highway area of Reno, Nevada. At the time, the Hawkeye actor was towing his nephew’s vehicle.
The car got stuck in the snow, but the snowcat began to move as he tried. ET reported that he tried to prevent his nephew from being hurt but got pulled underneath it.
The actor suffered serious injuries and immediately went into emergency surgery,y after which he stayed in the ICU for some days.
He later revealed that he had broken over 30 bones. Jeremy stayed in the hospital for 14 days before returning home on January 21. The Marvel actor is currently recovering from his broken bones and undergoing physical therapy.
Earlier this week, just one day before Ant-Man‘s Los Angeles premiere, Jeremy shared an update on his latest outlook.
“Physical therapy Sunday,” he wrote on Instagram.
Thankfully, the update on Jeremy Renner’s recovery is positive. Hopefully, the actor recovers fully enough to work and hope around soon.
