TikTok is filled with prank videos that are usually insane. Sometimes, these pranks would not only be funny but they would be dangerous as well. One example happened in New York when a terrified mom was left screaming in pain after a prank. Her two daughters convinced her that they would do a challenge where they had to eat an egg quickly. What she didn’t know, though, was that they boiled her egg and then put it in the microwave. So it became a microwaved exploding egg. As soon as the mom put the egg in her mouth, it exploded everywhere. The sight of it exploding wasn’t the only funny thing in the video, but the mom’s reaction was quite hilarious too. She jumped out of her chair and started screaming and trying to wipe her mouth. The very first thing she said was “What the [expletive]?”
The New York mom’s reaction didn’t stop there. What probably made her more upset was how her daughters were holding back their laughter. You simply have to watch the video and listen to what she had to say because it was a lot plus it was funny. To her though, it wasn’t funny at all. She described that her mouth felt like “a bomb shelter.” Well, the explosion did look bad. I wish I could say everything she yelled, but 80% of it was just expletives. What I could say, though, is how she looked to the camera, stuck her tongue out, and said, “They blow my tongue up.” They certainly did that. The only wise thing that her daughters did was that they stayed silent while she was going off on them.
After cursing a little bit more, the mom finally asked the important question about who cooked the egg. One of the daughters immediately made it clear that it wasn’t her. I would have cleared my name, too, if I saw that reaction. The other daughter then admitted that she boiled them, but her mom wasn’t having it. “How long did you boil the [expletive]? Overnight?” Just like she said, her lips were also boiled in a way. The girl who admitted the boiling part now had to clean up the mess. The one who denied taking part denied again and that honestly wasn’t wise because her mom then focused on her instead. It’s safe to say that not a lot of nice things happened off-camera. At least they got to laugh a little bit.
People Reacting to the New York Girls’ Prank
People were divided on how to react to the exploding egg prank, especially after seeing the New York mom’s reaction. A group of people believed that this prank was way too dangerous and that the two girls shouldn’t have done it. “Nah cause she could’ve been seriously burned,” one woman wrote. Another person talked about how painful this is as they said, “Do you guys know how painful an exploding egg feels ? Having an egg explode in my face is the most painful thing I’ve ever gone through.” Someone else shared how their friend got seriously injured because of boiled eggs as well. “My friend got 3rd degree burns from boiled eggs and had to get a skin transplant,” they wrote. I get where they are coming from.
Other people, though, weren’t that concerned about the New York mom because of how funny the prank was. One person had to joke and say, “this was almost first eggree murder.” And here I thought that it would be a serious comment. There were also a lot of comments that included screenshots of the daughters’ faces during all of this. Some of them are just as funny as the prank. More jokes kept coming in as another person said, “She thought she had been shot.” Others were really impressed by her word choices because she definitely knew what to say. “She has such a way with words,” one person wrote. Someone else then said, “HER ROASTS BE CREATIVE AS HECK.” Now over 75 million people have seen her hilarious reaction.
