You’ll have to face several enemies on your path to becoming the vampire overlord of your dreams. However, not all are vicious fighters; one that actually hurts to defeat in V Rising is Beatrice the Tailor. This old lady is just minding her business in town, so arriving and ruining her day feels bad. But, you know? She allows you to craft cloth armor, so the murder is justified, I guess. In any case, those wanting to find this V-Blood carrier will have to finish the game’s first act and leave the confines of the starting forest.

You must beat the game’s first act to find Beatrice the Tailor in V Rising via blood tracking. You can do this by defeating Quincey, the Bandit King. After you do that, the Act 2 V-Blood carriers will appear on your menu, allowing you to track them. If you’ve got Beatrice’s scent already, head toward Dawnbreak Village, north of the starting area. You can use the above image as a reference. However, her encounter works differently than that of previous bosses.
How To Defeat Beatrice
Beatrice the Tailor isn’t your usual boss fight in V Rising. Actually, she won’t fight at all. Once you spot her and start attacking, she’ll run around the village and start calling for help. The civilians who hear her cries will sound the alarms and call reinforcements. The real fight is against the hordes of enemies that arrive at Beatrice’s aid as you chase her down around town. To make the pursuit faster, you can equip a Mace that snares her or cast any ice spell to slow her down. Also, equip your most powerful AoE spells because you’ll need them to defeat the many humans coming your way.

V Rising: All Weapons RankedWhile not the most challenging fight, Beatrice the Tailor can be extremely annoying if you don’t know how to handle big packs of enemies. If you have a friend aggro them, one can focus on enemies and the other on chasing down Beatrice. Once you defeat her, you’ll unlock the Loom crafting station, curtains, the Hunter’s Cloak, and cloth and yarn as craftable items.
