The Bizarre in Wasteland 3 is home to some of the wastelandโs finest merchants and also has several quests tied to it. However, the game restricts players early on from the actual merchant area in the Bizarre. That said, to get into the Bizarre, they must find an entry pass, and luckily there are a few ways to get it and in this guide, we will explain all of them.
How To Get Into The Bizarre In Wasteland 3
Like we mentioned before, to get inside the Bizarre in Wasteland 3 you have to get an entry pass and the most simple and quickest way to get is by paying $500 right at the gate. This is honestly not the worst option as you can easily make every nickel of that $500 back in no time.
However, by paying the fee you are missing out on the other two methods which will grant you the pass for free. The first free method is by helping a dye merchant by the name of Paris Handler who you can find over in the building near the entrance of the Bizarre.
She will ask you to help her create a red dye so that the Monster Army will let her inside and for helping her she will get you inside the Bizarre. To create the dye all you need to do is walk over to the chemical table next to her as shown above and pass a level six weird science level six skill check or use the recipe to create it.
If you donโt have enough points into weird science, you will need to find the book called The Clownโs Guide To Paint, Makeup, and Acidโ that is inside Irvโs Sans Luxe Apartment in Colorado Springs. But if you donโt feel like backtracking all the way back to Colorado, the recipe the book gives will be listed down below.

This is the correct order of ingredients you will need to create the Red Dye.
- Carbon 18
- Hydrogen 14
- Nitrogen 2
- Sodium 2
- Oxygen 8
- Sulfide 2
Moving on, the other method is easy and will get you some decent XP from combat involving it. For this option, you will need to head left from where the Kodiak is in the image below, and then continue north- watch out for exploding robots in the next area.
Keep heading north until you reach an area that looks like the one below and In this area, you will be presented with two routes. The one to the northwest will take you to the location you need to go for the pass while the one that heads east will take you into a building filled with insane clowns. Feel free to go ahead and clear the western area out and then proceeded north.
In the next area, you will encounter several drools and a greenhouse, clear the drools out, and if you want to check out the greenhouse go ahead. After you are done looting head north and then east around the building to the right.
Keep going until you see an open pathway as shown below as this is where you need to go to find the entry pass. Enter the building and then prepare for a fight with some more insane clowns. Players should also note that the fight with these clowns can be quite challenging so itโs recommended to stay back and to try to widdle the health down on the dentist clown.
Additionally, you should use big guns and any other weapons that can shred through armor on the dentist as he has quite a bit of it, also if you donโt focus on him he can become a thorn in your side real quick.
But once the fight is over loot everything and then head to the dead body in the chair in the middle of the room, on the corpse will be your free entry pass.
