While crafting is a more efficient way to get TMs, you must find at least one Wild Charge TM in the open world. It can be frustrating for those who don’t like to travel a lot but don’t worry. There are three different locations you can visit to find Wild Charge TM in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, so choose the one closest to you:

To find the first Poké Ball with Wild Charge TM, head to the city of Levincia. Further, your path lies to the north. Go straight until you come across a river, and cross it with Koraidon and Miraidon’s abilities. Climb up the stone plateau and collect the first Wild Charge TM.
Your starting point for the second Wild Charge TM is the easternmost corner of Casseroya Lake. When you get to the right place, go south to the rock. You will find a yellow Poké Ball with Wild Charge TM next to the cliff.
Taking North Province (Area Three) as your starting point, go straight to the southwest. Soon you will come across a snowy mountain, and you should climb it. After climbing higher, you will notice a cave, entering which you will find the third Wild Charge TM.
